Kelly Norelius
FounderKelly is a licensed California real estate salesperson. She works with buyers and sellers along the Southern California coast, after years on top-producing teams in San Diego.
She studied Interior Design at CSUN and started at Kelly Wearstler. She looks at a property twice: what it is worth, and what it can become.
PartnerJordan Norelius
Jordan handles the conversations and the complications — the tricky transaction, the unexpected problem, the call that needs a steady voice.
His background is film and television production, operations, and getting hard things done. He is the partner who moves the process forward without making it harder.
